THAT
BEGAN WITH THE END OF THE WORLD!![]()

The drawing depicted above was damaged in a flood and it suffered severe water damage and extensive fading. The artist attempted to enhance the drawing by doctoring it up with Photoshop. Fortunately he was able to make it presentable for exhibition here.
The Artist interprets its meaning as the inevitable annihilation of the world and entitled it "The Suicide of Man". It was his first attempt at drawing.
About one week later his second drawing was created and entitled "The Trinity".
It's not clear how these drawings came to be other than the facts. The fact is that they were drawn by the Artist Michael Yacono. They were done at a time in his life when he was unskilled.

This drawing made no sense to the Artist both then and now. There are prehistoric birds in it and a woman with a child and perhaps a dog. This drawing was also damaged in a flood. These early drawings were stored in a closet and were damaged due to a broken water pipe. They are also over 40 years old and have faded considerably. However, it is still possible to get a sense of the work, thanks to enhancements made with Photoshop.
This next drawing influenced Michael to consider the possibility of taking up Art as a Career.

It was at this point in time that the artist realized that he had developed a talent and he began to persue it by purchasing more art supplies. Fortunately for him, his father worked in a major office building in Manhattan and he was able to obtain industrial size Bainbridge Boards along with plenty of pens, pencils, and other things like xacto blades, erasers, markers, glues, assorted paints, including tubes of Professional Grade Artist Oil Colors.
